Karl Lee Hoffman Obituary

October 4, 1929 – January 11, 2016

We are saddened to say that Karl Lee Hoffman, born October 4th, 1929, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the age of 86 on January 11th, 2016. He was the loving son of the late Frank & Glennie Hoffman. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gladys Hoffman, his four children Marvin, Richard, Charlotte, & Carla, and his two stepsons George & Kenny Jones. He was the loving grandfather of many grandchildren & great grandchildren. Karl served in the United States Army stationed in Korea. He later worked at the Seagrams Distillery as a line supervisor. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, crabbing, and crossword puzzles. He liked to experiment with cooking and sometimes we were afraid of what he would come up with, but whenever his chicken pot pie was in the works, the family came running. He was deeply loved and we will miss him dearly.

We invite relatives & friends to gather at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A.  at 3204 Mountain Road (Pasadena) on Friday, January 15th from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at which time a Memorial Service will be held. Interment Crownsville Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
