Kevin was born in Maryland on February 25, 1957 to Carroll and Elizabeth (Betty) Fisher and was raised in Brooklyn Maryland. He graduated from Southern High School in 1975. He worked as a bar tender before going into the Air Force in 1982 where he was for 20 years retiring in 2003 as a Master Sergeant.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, January 13, 2018 McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) 3 to 5 PM. Where a Memorial service will be held at 4 PM.
Graveside service will be held in the Arlington National Cemetery on January 17 2018 at 2 PM. Those who would like to attend please be at the cemetery by 1:15 PM
