McCombs, Lane Conrad, beloved husband of the late Florence E. McCombs (nee Daubert), devoted father of Patricia Knapp of Pasadena, dear brother of Frances Crossett of North Carolina, Gerald McCombs and his wife Janie of Pasadena and the late Glenna Ludwig, loving grandfather of Eric Knapp and his wife Leah of Denton and the late Michael Knapp, loving great grandfather of Riley Meissner of the Eastern Shore, dear uncle of Pamela Morgan of New Windsor and Theresa Sweeney of Sykesville.
Mr. McCombs a Pasadena resident for 48 years was born in North Carolina on November 30, 1936 to Clyde and Edna McCombs and died in the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center on June 25, 2014. He was a machinist for many years with the U.S. Navy. He served in the U.S. Army from 1961 to 1966. Mr. McCombs was a member of the Elks, the Glen Burnie Moose and the American Legion Post 40.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Sunday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
