Hoover, on January 29, 2018, Lillian V beloved wife of the late Clifton H. Hoover, devoted mother of William D. Hoover and Steven H. Hoover, dear sister of Macie D. Hunt and the late Carolyn M. Stelper and Elmer L. McNeir. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
