On August 31, 2010, MARIE THERESA (nee Thomas) of Brooklyn Park, beloved wife of the late Edward Michael Jakubowski; devoted mother of Anita Marx; beloved grandmother of Theresa, Patricia, Michael, James, Christopher, and great-grandchildren, Lauren, Rachel, Alexandria, Alicia, Alana, Daniel, Nicholas, and Natalie.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, PA., 237 E. Patapsco Ave., (Brooklyn) on Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 AM. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the St. Paul Lutheran Church.
