Smoot, Jr, and his wife Alexandra Smoot, Raymond Bianco and Anthony Bianco, loving granddaughter of Margaret "Peggy" Smoot, dear aunt of Blake Smoot, Caleb Smoot and Hayden Smoot.
Melissa was born in Maryland on January 22, 1992, and passed away in the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center, on November 26, 2024.
