NATHAN RAY SIMMONS, on June 20, 2013. Nathan is survived by his loving grandmother Marian Simmons and beloved daughter Marian Simmons. He is also survived by many family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. (PASADENA) on Monday June 24, 2013 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday June 25, 2013 at 10:30AM. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
