Neil Schoonover, Jr.

Neil A. Schoonover, Jr. passed away on December 17, 2017, after fighting a very long battle with Cushing Disease. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Carol. His daughters, Lisa M. Hicks and Shawn B. Hohenstein, son-in-law Chuck Hicks and Randy Hohenstein. Grandchildren Chuckie Hicks, Emily Hicks, and Lucas Slayton. HIs father Neil A. Schoonover, Sr., mother-in-law Barbara A. Austin. He preceded in death by his mother Elizabeth E. Schoonover and father in law John Austin.
Neil worked extremely hard providing for his family but as we all know partying was his favorite thing. In 2016 he fulfilled his lifelong dream of retiring to Florida. “Just one more for the road.”

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Friday 3 to 5 and 7  to 9 PM. A Funeral mass will be held in St. Benedict Church 2612 Wilkens Avenue.
