Dear brother of Paul Norman Garner, Jr, Christopher, Thomas, Anthony, James and the late Robert Garner.
A memorial service for Mr. Garner will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 12 Noon in Saint Christopher's by the Sea Church, Broadwater Way, Gibson Island, Maryland 21056.
