Balcer, On May 2, 2009 Paul R. beloved husband of Janet N. Balcer (Nee Spalding) devoted father of Tim A. Balcer and devoted son of Helen and the late Henry C. Balcer, devoted brother of the late Dr. Richard H. Balcer. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Family will recieve friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Mass of Christain burial in Our Lady of the Chesapeake Catholic Church, Pasadena, MD at 9 A.M. Thursday. Interment in Sacred Heart of Mary Cemetery.
