Phyllis Alice Jacob

Phyllis Alice Jacob (nee Brach), age 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 6th, 2024. Phyllis was born on December 21st, 1929, to Edgar and Catherine Brach. She is the beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Jacob; loving and devoted mother of Sharon Breidenbach (Charles) and Deborah Michael (The late Dean); cherished Mom-Mom of Michelle Breidenbach, Charles (Chuck) Breidenbach, Jennifer Sheets (Randy), and Jeffrey Michael (Jackie); loving great Mom-Mom to Grace, Charlie, Peter, and Clara Breidenbach; Maddison, Randy, and Samantha Sheets; Dean, Troy, and Jack Michael; also survived by many loving friends.
Phyllis was a member of the Funsters for 50 years, she enjoyed playing cards with a special group of friends, The Gourmet Gamblers, for the past 30 years every Tuesday night and she loved playing Bingo each week with friends from Stoney Creek.

Where funeral services will be held on Friday May 10th at 12:30 p.m. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery.
