On January 13, 2012, REV. KENNETH O. PHELPS, SR., of South Baltimore, beloved husband of the late Anne H. Phelps (nee Smith); loving father of Muriel A. Phelps and her husband Stuart, Rev. Kenneth O. Phelps Jr. and his wife Dianne, Daniel C. Phelps and his wife Kathleen and Joseph E. Phelps and his wife Lisa; dearest brother of Marilyn and Ruth, loving grandfather of 12 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 130 East Fort Avenue (South Baltimore) on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM. Inerment Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Copper Ridge.
