Dickey, Robert E., Sr., on October 14, 2015, Robert E. "Bob" Dickey, Sr., of Linthicum. Born and raised in Paola, Kansas on February 17, 1927, and passed at his home surrounded by his family on October 14, 2015. Served in the US Navy during WW II on the USS Idaho. Worked at Westinghouse in Linthicum for 40 years until his retirement. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Pearl M. (Goddard) Dickey, a son, Danny L. Dickey, a sister, Gracie L. Cramer, as well as his parents, Harold L. Dickey, Sr., and Mabel B. (Andrews) Dickey. Survivors include his son, Robert E. Dickey, Jr. of Glen Burnie, daughters, Barbara L. Stull of Basye, Va., Christina M. hughes, of Pensacola, Fl. and Lisa W. Walls of Edgewater, Md., Loving grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 10 Great grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 E. Patapsco Avenue, (Brooklyn), on Saturday and Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM, where Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Interment following in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
