Robert Dennis Dodson, age 64 of Summerville, SC and formerly of Pasadena, MD passed away on July 22, 2014 of natural causes.
He was born on June 19, 1950 in Baltimore, MD to the late Robert Lee Dodson and the late Helen (Arnold) Dodson.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Betty (Mauerhan) Dodson and five children - James Dodson and his wife Liza (Mataac/Dedicatoria) Dodson of Germantown, MD; Tina (Dodson/Kiker) Sutherland and her husband Shane Sutherland of Goose Creek, SC; Robert E. Dodson and his wife Jenny (Schwartzman) Dodson of Halethorpe, MD; Lynnea Alcaraz and her husband Rob Alcaraz of Clermont, FL; and Mark Dodson and his longtime girlfriend Erin Eduvigen of Pasadena, MD.
Survived by seven grandchildren - Korissa Dodson, Ian Kiker, Connor Kiker, Aiden Alcaraz, Kylie Alcaraz, J.R. Dedicatoria and Madelyn Dodson.
Also survived by two brothers, Craig Dodson and Tim Dodson and one sister, Donna Dodson; predeceased in death by two brothers, Randy Dodson and Mark Dodson, and many other family members.
