ROBERT CHARLES MILLER, SR.
September 15 1954 - April 18 2022

Robert “Rob” Miller, 67, of Curtis Bay, Maryland, passed away at MedStar Harbor Hospital Hospice Unit on Monday, April 18, 2022, after a lengthy illness.  He was born September 15, 1954 in Baltimore to his late parents Morgan H. Miller and Georgia E. (Gilbert).
He is survived by his soul mate and wife, Sandy (Carper); son Robert “Bob” Charles, Jr.; his cherished grandchildren: Melanie Miller and Robert Charles “Charlie” III; brother Michael Miller; sister Sharon Mangum and her husband, Chuck; brother Wayne Miller and his wife, Chris; Mother-in-law, Bonnie Carper; brother-in-law Larry Carper; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Rob grew up in Green Haven, Pasadena, MD and graduated from Northeast High School in 1972.  As a young boy, Robert played baseball with the local little league in Riviera Beach.  He grew up learning the love of fishing, crabbing, hunting, camping, and the great outdoors from his Dad.
In his early adult life he worked at the Maryland Shipbuilding & Dry Dock in Baltimore where his Dad, Brother and a few Uncles also worked. He had many trade jobs, with Carpentry and Sheet Metal being the most recent.
Rob absolutely loved his family!  He came from a rather large family with his Dad being one of thirteen children and his Mom was one of twelve children.  Both parents were from the great state of Virginia.  He grew up attending annual Family Reunions and visiting grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and numerous cousins, making memories that were immeasurable!  Family was Rob’s most important treasure for sure!
Rob also had many, many friends.  To know him was to Love him!

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Monday April 25, 2022 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Where a funeral service will begin at 7:30 PM. Cremation to follow.
