SMITH, ROBERTA MARLENE, 74 of Severn MD passed away on January 24th 2021. Roberta was born on March 6th, 1946 in Baltimore MD at her childhood residence. Roberta spent her life pleasing & serving her family. She welcomed everyone into her home & treated them like family. She was a generous woman with a huge heart & made it known she was always there to help. She always made sure anyone in need was helped & cared for. Many considered Roberta as a surrogate mother/grandmother. She enjoyed gardening & caring for her ponds with her husband Earl along with caring for her turtles. She spent her life caring for her children & grandchildren, making sure they were safe, cared for & loved unconditionally. Roberta's love & faith for god was strong & she believed in him with every ounce of her soul. She was very religious & studied the bible as often as she could. She spoke often about the rapture & made sure anyone who walked into her life & home was saved, so they would enter the kingdom of heaven when each of their time arose. Roberta is survived by her husband of 57 years Earl Smith Jr. Her beloved children Earl III, Robert & Paulie (Angie) Smith along with her ex daughter in law's Denise Williams & Victoria Rush. Her cherished grandchildren Robert Jr (Jessica), Kailey (Nate), Earl IV, Tommy, Lauren, Emerald, Kory, Abigail, Noah & Jack Smith. She adored her great granddaughter Kaydence Michele Hardy and was so excited for the soon arrival of her newest great granddaughter Addison Rae Smith. She has many other great grandchildren she loved so deeply. Roberta was the heart & foundation of the Smith family. She will be remembered by her unconditional love to those she touched & her devotion to her faith & family.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASAENA on Saturday 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at which time funeral services will be held. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
