BASTIEN, RUBY RITZMAN
On May 15, 2013, RUBY RITZMAN BASTIEN of Brooklyn Park, Born on October 21, 1913. She was an active volunteer for 25 years at the Senior Center on Hamonds Lane. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years (married May 17, 1930), Earnest J. Bastien, Sr., and one grandchild, David Bastien, Jr. She is survived by three loving children, David Bastien, Sr., Esther Guffey, Ernest J. Bastien, Jr.; and six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME P.A., 237 East Patapsco Avenue (Brooklyn) on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held in St John Lutheran Church, 226 Washburn Ave., Baltimore, Md. 21225 on Saturday at 11 AM. Interment following in Cedar Hill cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, send donations to St. John Lutheran Church, or the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
