On December 10, 2008 Ruth A. (Nee Hoover) devoted mother of Robin A. Carroll of St. Leonard, Maryland, Amanda C. Stevens of Lusby, Maryland, and James R. Hart, Jr. of Salisbury, Maryland, dear sister of Marjorie Lerp of Brooklyn Park, Maryland and Stephen L. Hoover of Pasadena, Maryland. Also survived by 5 grandchildren, loving daughter of the late Robert and Ruth Hoover.
