Ryan E. Nelson passed away suddenly on September 7th, 2023, at his home in Pasadena, MD, where he spent most of his life. Ryan was born on April 7th, 1991. He was 32 years old. Ryan had a 10-year career in fire protection.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Andrea Prieto, his father Milton Nelson, his stepmother, Debra Nelson, his sister Amber Dieterich, and brother-in-law Joshua Dieterich, Nephews Brody Dieterich, Drew Dieterich and Wes Dieterich, sister Ashley Nelson, and niece Remy Nelson, stepsister Christy Karras and step brother-in-law Jason Karras, niece Jordyn Karras, and nephew Austin Karras, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Ryan is preceded in death by his Grandparents Leslie and Winifred Nelson, and Manuel and Marie Prieto.
Those who knew Ryan, if even for a short time, lost a shining light in their lives. No one was in a bad mood if Ryan was there. He was always laughing and entertaining. Whether he was playing DJ or out on the dance floor, all eyes were on him, and everyone was smiling and laughing. Ryan would do anything for anyone without hesitation. Ryan was a once in a lifetime person that we’ve all been so blessed to know.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the family owned and operated MCCULLY POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Thursday, September 14, 2023, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral services for Ryan at Lighthouse Church 6691 Baymeadow Dr. Unit 200 Glen Burnie, Maryland 21060 on Friday at 11 am. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery
