Theresa Anna Cochrane

Theresa Anna Cochrane passed away on August 12, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Clarence Cochrane; Loving mother of Mary T. Straley and her husband Nial. Beloved grandmother of Karen Wilson, Marsha Tonarelli, Joseph Barnes, Sr., Christina Anderson and Timothy Straley; 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; dear sister of Gilbert Snowden. Theresa was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers. 

Theresa was born in Brooklyn, Maryland on December 11, 1926, to her late parents Elvin. Sr. and Theresa Snowden and died at PearTree Assisted living in Pasadena, Maryland. She was a longtime resident of Stevensville, Maryland and a longtime member of St. Christopher Catholic Church. She had a career in the banking industry as a Proxy Clerk before retirement. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, playing cards and bowling. Her family was her biggest joy in life. She will be dearly missed by all. 

Family and friends are invited to visit the family owned and operated McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road on Sunday August 18, 2024, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday August 19, 2024, at 9:45 AM at St. Jane Frances De Chantal 8499 Virginia Avenue Pasadena, Maryland 21122. Interment Crownsville Veteran Cemetery.
