Velma Ann Pennell of Arnold, MD passed away on Monday , February 7, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her children, Tom Pennell, Joyce Riggin and Sharon Ostrowski as well as four grandsons. Her husband Robert Pennell preceded her in death on April 10, 1972.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 9 am at St. Andrew's By the Bay Catholic Church, 701 College Parkway, Annapolis, Maryland. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the Creston G and Betty Jane Tate Hospice House 817 Camp Meade Road, Linthicum, MD 21090. Arrangements by the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. (PASADENA).
