Litts of Arnold Maryland, Wendy L. Melchor of Annapolis, Maryland, and Joseph A. Jordan of Annapolis, Maryland, dear sister of Janet L. Neff of Pasadena, Maryland, Charles F. Allen of Hendeson, Maryland and the late Joseph R. Allen. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
