Foster, William A. Jr. "Pudgy" beloved husband of the late Sandra D. Foster (Nee Helmick) devoted father of Butch T. Foster of Glen Burnie and Chris D. Foster of Belair, loving son of Gloria M. Foster of Pasadena and the late William A. Foster, Sr. dear father- in-law of Kimberly Foster of Belair, dear brother of Edward and his wife Nancy Foster of Pasadena and the late Theodore Foster, loving grandfather of Elizabeth and Emily Foster of Belair, Nikki, Chris and Tiffany Foster , all of Glen Burnie, dear friend of Kathy Shaffer of Pasadena.
Mr. Foster was born in Maryland on February 16, 1949 and died at the Tate Hospice House on November 14, 2011. He was a Pasadena resident for 12 years, he worked as a distributor for several paper company for 25 years. He enjoyed playing pool with his sons and friends.
