Loving father of William Alexander Herbst IV and Sarah Kouns and her husband Robert; devoted grandfather of Riley Kouns; beloved son of Audrey Saunders; dear brother of the late Sharon Smith, Stephanie Herbst, Susan Herbst and Jeffrey Herbst; forever companion of Cheryl Herbst.
