Ratliff, Suddenly on April 11, 2014, William B. "Bill" of Ferndale. Beloved husband of Debbie Ratliff (nee Boots). Loving father of Kristen Fish. Brother of Edith Marie "Judy" Pandolifino, Betty "Weezie " Leet and the late John Ratliff. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will received friends at the family-owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 237 E. Patapsco Ave., (Brooklyn) on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM, where prayers will be held on Tuesday at 1 PM, Interment in Loudon Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made in his memory to the Boy Scouts of America.
