William Reckline

On Wednesday, January 11, 2017 Will Reckline, aka Sandbar Willy, 'passed over the bar' when our God called him Home.
Will is survived by his loving wife of 32 'wonderful' years, Pat (nee Moon) aka Cybil. Also by his 3 beautiful daughters and their spouses, Karen and Bruce, Lisa and Dave and Dori and John, his amazing grandchildren, Amanda, Bruce, Jr., Nick, Olivia and lil Willy, his 'best friend' for the past 10 years. As well as 3 adorable great grandchildren Landon, Layla and Emma Rae. He also is survived by his 2 little four-legged girls, Annie Girl and Katie Bug,that he adored, 3 sisters and their spouses, Marlene and Ron, Penny and Jim and Florence and John. as well as his 1st wife, Helga. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Harry and Katherine (nee Burton) and his brother Harry. The number of nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws are far too numerous to list but rest assured he loved each and every one of them. Will belonged to the Scottish Rite, the Pythagoras Masonic Lodge and the Glen Burnie Chapter of the Moose. He was a past member of Bodkin Yacht Club as well as a Past Commodore of White Rocks Yacht Club. Although Will couldn't swim, had motion sickness and was afraid of heights, he loved his boats. First was Double Trouble, then his claim to fame around the, Sandbar Willy. He made many friends while boating on the Chesapeake Bay and visiting other yacht clubs. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Tate Cancer Center in Will's name. He was loved at the Tate Center as well.

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road (PASADENA) on Saturday from 2-8 PM. Where a funeral service will be held at 7PM. Interment Private.
