Gassaway, On September 11, 2010 Yolanda (Nee Dioses) beloved wife of Robert E. Gassaway, devoted mother of Michael Gassaway of Parkton, Richard Gassaway of Gaithersburg and Jeffrey Gassaway of Chicago, dear mother-in-law of Tamie Knisley and Kori Gassaway, loving grandmother of Lauren Gassaway of Chicago, dear sister of Priscilla Mattoon of Delaware, Rolando Dioses of Baltimore and Guillermo Dioses of South Carolina, loving daughter of Rosa Guerrero of Peru and the late Gregory Dioses.
Yolanda was born in Talara, Peru and died at the Johns Hopkins Hospital on September 11, 2010. She came to the United States in 1951. Yolanda was a Pasadena resident for the past 10 years. Yolanda made Baltimore her home learning English and completing her education in the United States. She worked as a secretary for Montgomery Wards before becoming a stay at home mom. Yolanda and her loving husband Robert recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. She was a gentle soul and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Tuesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
